It includes help with vendor selection, timeline organization, and personalized attention to key details, plus setup and teardown on your wedding day. From start to finish, I'll ensure everything is perfectly executed so you can enjoy a stress-free celebration.

Planning Meetings: Starting six months before your big day, we’ll meet in person up to three times, including one venue walkthrough. One of these meetings will be dedicated to honing in on your decor vision and how you want everything to be set up.
Vendor Assistance & Booking: I’ll help you find and book 3-4 vendors based on your needs, style, and budget. From florists and photographers to caterers and entertainment, I’ll help you secure the best vendors for your day.
Customized Wedding Day Timeline: A comprehensive, personalized timeline for your wedding day, ensuring all activities, vendors, and the wedding party are in sync.
Vendor Coordination & Final Confirmations: I’ll confirm all vendor details, from arrival times to setup instructions, and ensure everything is lined up for your big day.
Rehearsal Dinner Coordination: I’ll help you book the venue for your rehearsal dinner, assist in booking any vendors, and conduct the rehearsal walk-through. I’ll also provide a light decor setup, such as signage and pre-made floral arrangements, to ensure everything is ready.
Personalized Floorplan Assistance: I will assist you in creating a custom floor plan for your venue, ensuring your decor, seating, and layout align perfectly with your vision.
Setup & Teardown Assistance:
I’ll arrive early on the wedding day to help with decor setup and make sure everything is arranged according to your vision. After the wedding, I will also assist with tearing downand packing up your decor items, leaving the venue neat and organized, so you don’t have to worry about the post-wedding details.

I take pride in being the first on-site, ensuring every element of your decor is meticulously placed to align with your unique vision. From setup to teardown, I’ll make sure all decor items are set up then are safely packed away at the end of your wedding!
For events with 100+ guests, I’ll bring an assistant to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Pricing for Setup and Teardown
For events with 100 guests or fewer, the service is priced at $900
For events with 101 guests or more, the service is priced at $1,400
(this includes myself and an assistant to support the setup and teardown process).
General Decor Setup
While I don’t create floral arrangements, I’ll skillfully position your pre-made floral designs, decor, and rentals throughout the venue. My goal is to transform your space into a beautiful and inviting atmosphere that complements the tone of your wedding.
Customized Layout Document
To ensure your vision is executed flawlessly, we’ll collaborate to create a detailed layout document. This guide will outline the precise placement of each decor item and serve as a reference for both myself and the venue staff, ensuring everything goes smoothly on the big day.
Important Notes
Please ensure I have access to the venue first thing on the morning of the event to begin the setup process.
All decor items should be delivered and unloaded at the venue before my arrival.
If you have a specific napkin fold or tie in mind, please ensure the napkins are pre-folded or tied prior to the wedding.
Full-Day Wedding Content Creation Package (Up to 10 Hours): $1,500
This content creation package is perfect for couples looking to capture their wedding day through cinematic highlight reels, designed to be shared and relived for years to come. Separate from my wedding coordination services, this package focuses exclusively on creating stunning, social media-ready content.
What’s Included:
Up to 10 hours of coverage: Starting an hour before hair and makeup is complete and staying through to your grand exit.
Edited Highlight Reel: A beautifully crafted highlight video shared on Instagram. You’ll be invited as a collaborator to add to your profile, and I’ll tag all of your amazing vendors. (Delivered within 24 hours)
3 Additional Reels: Short, personalized reels of key moments throughout the day. (Delivered within 72 hours)
Raw Footage & Photos: You'll receive all the raw video footage and photos I take throughout the day, so you have access to every moment I capture, not just the edited highlights.
